New projects from The Posy Collection
These are exciting times at The Posy Collection, as our designers have recently debuted kits that celebrate American heritage and the birth of our savior, Jesus Christ. Read the press releases below.
Using crayons, children color in the famous figures of the Nativity scene and then outline them using embroidery thread. The figures are then stuffed so they can be displayed as part of holiday decorations. Posy has fond memories of creating nativity scenes with her husband and son, then watching as her son told the story with the pieces.

Posy Lough and Suzi Parron, author of "Barn Quilts and the American Quilt Trail Movement," selected barns from six states to be part of the redwork barn kit. States represented include: Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio and Wisconsin. Redwork is a form of needle art that uses red thread on natural-colored muslin.

Once again in partnership with Suzi Parron and The American Quilt Trail, this kit includes patterns for stitched ornaments featuring barn quilts from 16 states: Missouri, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, New York, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, West Virginia, Iowa, Texas, Ohio, Oregon, Colorado, Minnesota and Georgia.
